is an Australian company that provides a purpose-built compliance and practice management solution provider, specialising in the development of digital Quality Management Systems tailored for Australian BAS practitioners. Our mission is to support ethical, consistent, and compliant service delivery by offering practical, customisable, and scalable solutions that support compliance with the Code of Professional Conduct and regulatory obligations under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 and other applicable laws. The subscriber is responsible for customising and maintaining the subscribed My QMS product and is obligated to ensure it remains current, relevant, and fit for their practice needs for the duration of the fully paid subscription.
