Yes. As the subscriber, you are responsible for maintaining and updating your My QMS system. It is designed for ease of use so that you can make necessary changes as your practice evolves or regulatory updates occur.

Data security is a top priority. My QMS operates in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and employs industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and practice information. Sign in using Magic Link, no passwords required.

The My QMS team may, from time to time, provide general guidance and notify subscribers of updates relevant to Quality Management System (QMS) content, particularly in response to regulatory changes, amendments, or newly introduced requirements. Responsibility for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of such updates within individual QMS content rests solely with the subscriber.

From time to time, My QMS may provide general information or draw attention to changes that could impact the maintenance of a subscriber’s Quality Management System (QMS), particularly in light of evolving regulatory requirements. Notwithstanding this, subscribers are solely responsible for ensuring their QMS content remains current, accurate, and appropriately tailored to their practice. My QMS disclaims any liability arising from a failure to implement, review, or update content, or from reliance on guidance provided without further adaptation to the subscriber’s specific context.
